The toolkit is aimed at Professionals such as Business Psychologists, HR Consultants, Health and Safety Consultants and Occupational Health Practitioners - in fact any Professional who sells services to businesses and organisations based on their area of expertise. It will also be useful for organisations such as Colleges, Universities and Local Authorities where the organisation is in a position to promote (and generate income from) its professional / 'expert' services to other organisations.
As you might expect, it includes the tools I use and recommend, but it's much more than that. I also explain in some detail a business development process I've developed called MEETS. This process has events at its heart and helps Professionals build relationships with the people most interested in the topics or issues the Professional wants to market around or has expertise in.
